STEP 1

Measure once, shop with confidence

Use a soft tape measure over light clothing. Keep it level and close to the body without pulling tight.

1Chest

Measure around the fullest part of your chest, under the arms and across the shoulder blades.

2Waist

Measure around your natural waist—the narrowest point of your torso, usually just above the navel.

3Seat & inseam

Measure the fullest part of your seat. For inseam, measure from the crotch seam to the bottom of the leg.

Choose by category

Shirts, tops & blazers
Choose by chest first, then check waist and preferred fit.

Trousers & linen pants
Choose by waist first, then select the inseam length you normally wear.

Between sizes?
