  • of unworn (without any perfume, cigarette, or other odors)
  • Unwashed
  • undamaged items, in good condition for resale
  • defective merchandise for exchange or refund within 15 days after you receive your package.

Please note that you will still be responsible for any shipping charges unless the item is returned due to defects or inaccurate information.Unfortunately, we do not offer prepaid return shipping labels to avoid having our customers pay more on top of the cost of the items they purchased. However, we guarantee that in the event that you need to return your purchases, we will do our best to address any issues you may have immediately.

  1. How can I return a product?

Please check the following process:

  • We will send you a return address and RETURNS FORM.
  • Please put the RETURNS FORM with your return package.
  • Send us a copy of receipt or any proof of return shipment with tracking number. As soon as both information is received, we will provide you with an appropriate solution.
  • We will notify you as soon as we receive your return package.
  1. How can I exchange a product?

To exchange a product, whether for a bigger or smaller size, or for another color:

  • You should first return a product, and we’ll ship another product to you as your request, as soon as we receive your return product.
  • You should bear for the return shipping fee and the second turn shipping fee on your own.
  • You should pay $20 USD exchange fee for each item that you’d like to exchange.
  1. When will I get my refund?

We’ll make a refund to your payment account in 3 business days after we receive your returned products.
