Choose the option that suits you when you reach the payment step.
Debit or credit card
Select Debit & Credit Cards and follow the on-screen instructions. A PayPal account is not required when guest card checkout is available.
Google Pay via PayPal
When Google Pay is available on your device and displayed at checkout, select it to pay using an eligible card saved to Google Wallet.
Apple Pay via PayPal
When Apple Pay is available on a compatible Apple device and displayed at checkout, select it to authorize payment with an eligible Wallet card.

Payment security
Your financial details stay protected
PayPal, card and digital-wallet payment details are handled within the payment provider’s secure environment. HisCharm does not receive the full card number used during checkout.
Always confirm that you are on an HTTPS page before entering payment details, and never share your password or verification code by email.

Do I need a PayPal account?
No account is needed when Debit & Credit Cards guest checkout, Google Pay or Apple Pay is available. Select the option displayed at checkout and follow the instructions.
Why do I not see Google Pay or Apple Pay?
Digital-wallet availability depends on your device, browser, region, wallet setup and order eligibility. If a wallet is not displayed, choose PayPal or Debit & Credit Cards instead.
Why was my payment declined?
A payment may be declined because of incorrect billing details, card limits, security checks or restrictions from your bank, wallet or PayPal. Check the entered information, then contact your payment provider if the issue continues.
My payment is pending—has my order gone through?
Please check for a HisCharm order-confirmation email before submitting payment again. Some payment providers may show a temporary pending authorization while they verify the transaction.
How will an approved refund be returned?
Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method, including the original digital wallet where applicable. Posting time depends on PayPal, your wallet, card issuer or bank. See our Return Policy for eligibility details.

- Once you are redirect to the PayPal’s site, you can choose Pay with Credit or Debit Card, and it will lead you to the PayPal Guest Checkout page;
- In the PayPal Guest Checkout page, fill in your Credit Card or Debit Card information to complete payment.
